We use the collected information to:

• Provide the service - processing your requests and responding via the smart bot.
• Improve the AI models and user experience.
• Link accounts across platforms (e.g., matching a Telegram and Google account under the same user).

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We utilize the following third-party services that require data transmission:

• Google Cloud & Vertex AI: For data storage, application hosting (Cloud Run), and AI processing (Gemini models).
• Meta (WhatsApp) & Telegram: For receiving and sending messages to users on these platforms.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted communications (HTTPS) and secure storage on Google Cloud infrastructure.
