Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with data protection regulations (including GDPR) and the policies of platforms such as
Facebook/Meta, you have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data and chat history from
WizBI Agent servers.
How to request data deletion?
You can delete your account and data by following these steps:
- Send an email to omer.cohen@wizbi.ai from the email address associated with your
account.
- In the subject line, please write: "Data Deletion Request - WizBi.AI App".
- Please include identifying information (such as your Telegram/WhatsApp ID or username) in the message
body so we can locate and securely delete your records.
What will be deleted?
- Your chat history with the AI model.
- The linkage of your User ID to your Telegram, WhatsApp, or Google account.
- Files and documents uploaded during conversations.
The deletion process will be completed within 7 business days from the moment the request is verified.

האישיים והיסטוריית השיחות שלך משרתי WizBI Agent.
כיצד לבקש מחיקת נתונים?
באפשרותך למחוק את החשבון והנתונים שלך על ידי השלבים הבאים:
- שליחת דוא"ל לכתובת omer.cohen@wizbi.ai משורת הדוא"ל איתה נרשמת למערכת.
- נא לציין בנושא ההודעה: "בקשה למחיקת נתונים - האפליקציה של WizBi.AI".
- אנא כלל בהודעה את פרטי הזיהוי (כגון מזהה טלגרם/וואטסאפ או שם משתמש) על מנת שנוכל לאתר ולמחוק את הרשומות
המדויקות שלך.
מה נמחק?
- היסטוריית השיחות שלך מול מודל ה-AI.
- שיוך מזהה המשתמש (User ID) לטלגרם, וואטסאפ, או חשבון ה-Google שלך.
- מחיקת קבצים ומסמכים שהועלו במהלך השיחות.
פעולת המחיקה תבוצע בתוך 7 ימי עסקים מהרגע שהבקשה תאומת מול בעל החשבון.
