By accessing or using the services of WizBI Agent (the "Service") through the website, Telegram bot, or WhatsApp bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of the Service

WizBI Agent provides an AI-powered personal business assistant capable of reading and writing emails, managing meetings, processing data, and more. Certain actions are generated autonomously by AI models (such as Google Gemini).

3. Responsibility for AI Outputs

Because the Service relies on artificial intelligence to generate content and perform actions, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the responses, decisions, or emails sent by the bot. It is your responsibility to review emails or critical actions before or after they are executed.

4. Communication with Third-Party Platforms (WhatsApp/Telegram)

Use of the Service via these channels is subject to the Terms of Service of Meta Platforms Inc. (for WhatsApp) and Telegram FZ-LLC. Users must not send spam, harassment, or abusive content through the bot.

5. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. All data is securely stored on our cloud infrastructure, which can also be deployed independently.
